Where is your Location?
    We at Calligraphy by Circosta actually work from our homes, so we come to you!  After you schedule your job with us, we will come to you to pick up your materials and return it to you after the job is complete.
 
Do I need to make a deposit?
    No, we do not require any deposits.  We collect upon completion.
 
Do I need extra envelopes?
    Absolutely!  There is always going to be some spoilage.  We recommend 5% overage.
 
What if I have last minute guests to invite after my job is done?
    We always hang on to a few of the extras just in case.  Too often we find out after the fact that Aunt Linda has a new address ;)
 
Do you match Fonts?
    We do not match fonts.  We have found that matching styles is not a perfect science and is hard to get perfectly matched.  We work with our set styles for consistency in our product.
 
Do you Match Color?
    We will try our best to match a color if desired.  We would preform a proof of how the color would turn out for approval.  Black ink is always the safest bet!
 
How should I set up my guest list?
    The list must be concise and accurate.  The Calligrapher will go with exactly how you have it down.  Think about if you want “Street” written out or abbreviated as “St.”.  Same goes for States, “Virginia” v.s. “VA”.  How it is stated on the list is how it will be done on your envelope.  IMPORTANT, the list must be easily printed!
